Returns/Exchanges
| If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you a full credit, or equal exchange assuming the products purchased have not been used, damaged or worn. All requests will be processed within a week of receipt of your package. You can ship it back using any carrier you'd like (FedEx, UPS or USPS), but you are responsible for all ship-back costs for returns and an additional $5.95 ship-out fee if exchanging. If this item was a gift and we have no record of purchase, only exchanges will be honored. IF YOU HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP
- Write your name, address and phone number and the reason for the return on the packing slip that came with the item.
- Make sure you package the item(s) carefully especially so that you do not wrinkle the neckties.
- All neckties must be shipped back in their Josh Bach gift tube.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP
Please provide :
- Your order number (if you have it)
- Your customer number (if you have it)
- Your name and address and phone number (required)
IF EXCHANGING, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIP BACK FEES (USING WHICH EVER CARRIER YOU WANT) AND AN ADDITIONAL $5.95 SHIP-OUT FEE BACK TO YOU:
